Master Luo is best known for his expertise in the Chinese martial arts of Xing Yi Quan and Ba Gua Zhang, both of which he teaches in his home town of Taipei Taiwan. I was first exposed to his teachings in London UK 1998 on one of his yearly seminar tours that take him all over the world. I was immediately impressed with his ability to move in a fluid, connected and open fashion. All of which he translates into immensely powerful martial arts.
One of the major concepts Master Luo likes to emphasize is the idea of "whole body power" - the ability to put everything you've got behind every move you make. His endless enthusiasm, helpfulness, and genuine good humour make it a pleasure practicing these arts with him.
